Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the DocReady Photo website (the "Service") operated by DocReady Photo ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

Account Responsibilities: When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2. User Content

Your Rights: Our Service allows you to upload, process, and manage photos and signatures ("User Content"). You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

License Grant to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, modify, and deliver the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, subject to our data deletion policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and you represent and warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights to use it and grant us the license as provided in these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload any content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
  • Use any automated system, including "bots" or "scrapers," to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DocReady Photo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCREADY PHOTO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in the courts of New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
